Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person to provide information about products or services.
2. Process orders: Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the company's system.
3. Assist with inventory management: Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customer orders.
4. Resolve customer complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
5. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
