				<description>Ground Staff are responsible for managing passenger services and ensuring smooth airport operations before, during, and after flights. They assist passengers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and provide support to ensure safety, comfort, and efficiency at the airport.

?? Key Responsibilities:
? Passenger Handling:
Assist passengers during check-in and boarding processes
Verify travel documents (tickets, ID, visa)
Issue boarding passes and baggage tags
Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and gates
? Baggage Handling:
Ensure proper tagging and handling of luggage
Assist with lost, delayed, or damaged baggage claims
Coordinate with baggage services team
? Boarding &amp; Departure:
Guide passengers to boarding gates
Make announcements for boarding and flight updates
Ensure smooth and timely boarding procedures
?‍? Customer Service:
Handle passenger queries and complaints professionally
Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers with disabilities
Provide special assistance services (wheelchairs, priority boarding)
? Safety &amp; Security:
Follow airport safety regulations and security protocols
Report suspicious activities or safety concerns
Coordinate with security personnel when required
? Coordination:
Work with airline crew, ground handling agencies, and airport authorities
Ensure compliance with airline policies and aviation standards
? Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate
Diploma/Certification in Aviation / Hospitality / Travel &amp; Tourism (preferred)
? Experience:
Freshers can apply
0-3 years experience preferred in aviation, hospitality, or customer service
? Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork and coordination skills
Professional appearance and grooming
? Technical Skills:
Basic computer systems for check-in and boarding
Knowledge of airline procedures and airport operations
Familiarity with boarding systems and passenger handling software
? Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Standing for long hours
Airport-based work environment
? Salary Range (India):
Fresher: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
